I only hope that the CO2 goes through a battery of filters. Otherwise the proprietors leave themselves open to very high damage suits, at least here in OZ. I do not know the health regs. in Canada. I only remember I almost froze to death in Newfoundland at - 48 C.

co2 cartridges are used by all restaurants to charge the whip cream.

It must be different here.
