XenForo 2.3 has a couple of new features, but they're minor. Trending discussions, Featured discussion. Anchor links, among others. I'll post something about these once I have figured out how to use them to our advantage.

Bingo. You're right. Cache issue. Go them back.

Top header banner still missing.
 
I revamped the thread prefixes. They now have proper colors and each one has a unique emoji. :)

Here's what is happening. When I am logged out (I cleared a bunch of browsing data and had to log in again), the banner shows up.
When I log back in, it disappears.
