New Welcome Message for Visitors

I decided to update our "Welcome" notice for visitors. I thought the one we had was kind of old and figured it was worth it to include a decent call to action to make it feel more inviting. Here's what it looks like now:

I believe it will help us get even more new members!

Like the old one, logged in members can't see it.

I was amazed to discover that Paranormalis found me a few weeks ago...I was operating on echolink, when your name popped up in one of my windows...I really love this site and hope it keeps going on into eternity.
