Take a look at this translated Korean video on Western Propaganda and US imperialism. Gives a little view of how they look at our nation.

Here is the formal statement I gave to Federal Police on 16 June 2012:

On a trip to visit family in Seoul in April, I was approached by a man and a woman who claimed to be North Korean defectors. They presented me with a DVD that recently came into their possession and asked me to translate it. They also asked me to post the completed film on the Internet so that it could reach a worldwide audience. I believed what I was told and an agreement was made to protect their identities (and mine).

Despite my concerns about what I was viewing when I returned home, I proceeded to translate and post the film on You Tube because of the film's extraordinary content. I have now made public my belief that this film was never intended for a domestic audience in the DPRK. Instead, I believe that these people, who presented themselves as 'defectors' specifically targeted me because of my reputation as a translator and interpreter.

Furthermore, I now believe these people work for the DPRK. The fact that I have continued to translate and post the film in spite of this belief does not make me complicit in their intention to spread their ideology. I chose to keep posting this film because - regardless of who made it - I believe people should see it because of the issues it raises and I stand by my right to post it for people to share and discuss freely with each other.

Not sure what the last comments are implying but I found this video very interesting. Know thy enemy. It's not often one can see propaganda from the other side. Our government is great at hiding that which they don't want you to see. This provides insight into how we are viewed from the North Korean governments eyes.

Some of it is very accurate IMO.

The commonly accepted definition of insanity is to repeat the same process everyday expecting a different result. I look around and see insanity taking place daily amongst those around me. The focused points of the video make it very clear that modern Americans are a product of their environment, a continent wide corporate insane asylum developed in an effort to produce an endless supply of mentally incapacitated slaves.

I have watched this video and the scary thing about what they show is that it is somewhat true...about who we are and our society. I am not a NK fan but the video is interesting as they bend the truth for their agenda/advantage...somewhat what we do. Remember the Kool Aid drinkers who drank the poison and died in the jungle? It was pure and simple brain washing. The people of NK are hungry and may realize they are not the favorite group in the world. Now they feel like underdogs and will support their dictator...as what else do they have to do...starve or die? Sometimes when the ship is sinking or the team is loosing, you rally the troops. This is what this vid is doing to the people of NK. They won't care if they get killed killing a few of us as they love their leader. This is the sad outcome of being brainwashed but the problem is...all governments have used forms of brainwashing, and have from day one.
