Nude Baby on Nirvana's "Nevermind" album refiles dismissed lawsuit

Didn't know it was dismissed. I'm curious as to what will come out of this. I can't imagine how people must have bothered him with this in his life. Yet, as they say in the article, he's got some fame out of it.

He's now claiming it's child porn. I doubt that'll work.
 

Yeah, I doubt the child porn claim will do any good for his case. Ya gotta wonder if it really bothers him or he just wants some $$$ out of it.

On one hand, I think it'd be cool to be on one of the most popular, iconic album covers of all time! On the other, he didn't have any say in the matter and it probably did cause him grief growing up...

I would've owned it! "Hell yeah, that's me!" :cool:
