Ouija Boards.

I agree too. The user is the danger here.

That makes me wonder though. I've read a few times that you shouldn't turn the board upside down while you're playing. Also, I heard that one shouldn't burn it. What do you think?

I have heard the not burning portion.

What i know about that is if you do summon something or something does come through the board, burning the board essentially leaves the door way open for the being and others to come through, i have also heard the opposite, it closes the door and the being cannot go back.

I have also heard burning the board causes harm to what ever has attached it's self to the board, so in re-turn it will attempt to hard the person who burned the board.

The only ways i know of to dispose of one that a entity has been attached to is by submerging it in water.
Getting it Cleansed
I actually believe there is a place you can send them into that properly cleanses and disposes of them as well!

Absolutely not , that is DISRESPECTFUL ; Be glad it is spirits and not GODS for then you would've been dead most probly .

Burn ?? I don't know . I think it also comes down to disrespect , remember it is a TOOL you used to devine .

We could run it thru the wood chipper or regift it to your favorite...I mean unfavorite person.

A few valid points .

Why I put emphasis on tool ?

My tools to me are SACRED ! Whether used to do woodwork , tiling , plumbing - whatever !
Why ? The origins of tools enabled our species to evolve as quickly (!??) as we did , it is a key ingredient to our livelihood . To destroy it is similar to suicide .

For spiritual use I also use different tools , they are more than sacred .

I'll put it as simply as I know how. Based on personal experiences and over 60 yrs. of study of the "paranormal", define it as you may choose to do, the "board" IS a toy, probably should carry a 'warning "label" that says "Use it at you own risk"?

I used to be obsessed with "using" the Ouija Board... I've only used it with 2 people, but have had many disturbing results... At one point, my friend became frustrated with the "board's" non-understandable responses, so like a fool, he tried to provoke and insult the spirits.. at this point, the planchette began to nearly fly from the grip of our fingertips spelling out curses towards my friends, saying all kinds of things... Since those days, i still live in the same house and frequently have on-and-off periods of what seem to be hauntings...I don't know if any of it has to with the Ouija Board or not, but some things that have happened sound like thwy're out of a movie,
