That's neat looking, but I'd have to see the whole photo and put it into context. I'd have to look for glass and metal items that could reflect. It's always good to rule things out.

Big issue i have with this is that there is nothing to compare it too in the room, it is just a image of a light flare, no bed, nothing in this room to compare the image too. I doubt this nurse was just sitting in the dark by her self while this person passed.

Realistically it could be anything..........

I worked in a Hospital for awhile and i can vouch for the fact there is always something lit up in the rooms, whether it be the PC or instruments in the room. That being said there is a distinct possibility it could be the light off a instrument and a non focused camera, or overall bad camera.
