Remote viewer Dick Allgire published work in November 2016 that accurately described news events in chilling detail nearly a month before they happened. This video documents proof of precognition.

The video was uploaded onto You Tube on January 7th 2017, which is "after" the events he was supposed to have seen in November 2016...If we want to see something which is not a hoax, let him predict something that will be happening on August 7th 2017, and he puts the posting of what is going to be happening, onto You Tube at least ONE week before August 7th 2017..(y)..
