I don't know how to build such a machine, except that I believe it would use superconductive energies in some way. I believe it is superconductive energies, which allow Time Travel in the first place.
Then what are superconductive energies or frequencies? It has been equated with faster than light frequencies, sometimes referred to as tachyons. Apparently, not all electromagnetic energies are limited to light speed.
Also, in talking of different frequencies; alpha, beta, theta and gamma frequencies are known in science, with alpha being the lowest and gamma being the highest. Healing attributes are associated with gamma frequencies.
Besides having a higher vibrational rate, as would be observed on an oscilloscope, is there an aspect of gamma rays or frequencies, that would move faster than light? Gamma rays giving special abilities is indicated with the Hulk.
Science "fiction" like that, often tries to bring to light, that which science is having difficulty understanding. Some things which elicit superconductivity are certain crystalline structures and superconductive metals.

With this idea of quantum Entanglement, you're indicating the interaction of "parallel" realities, which seem not to be entirely parallel if they're "entangled" or overlapping. This corresponds with parallel selves, right?
Whether or not our parallel selves in parallel realities would necessarily have similar DNA, as suggested by James, I don't know, so perhaps Paula Jedi is right about that. By your own abilities you could access parallel selves.
Burt Goldman taught and wrote about how to access one's parallel selves, in "parallel" realities. If he were still alive he'd be close to 100. I have wondered if he was a contributor to Paranormalis, who has left this reality.
