In my work I use all sorts of different crystals for their different properties depending on the clients needs, ( I make high power bespoke orgonites) so my sources come from all over, I have a few go tos for smaller things but when it comes to the primary 9 in a bespoke build I don't have a single amazing source for them.
That link, the phantom, rainbow, dolphin, twinflame, lemurian...and a few others I think. Theres lots going on in there. It's a legit natural crystal yes but whether or not it's good for time travel I can't say, as I said your described technique is completely new to me.
My gut says no for time travel, but thats my interpretation based on limited knowledge and my vibrational level as it is right now. Tomorrow I may feel different and interpret thus, differently.

It would help you to learn and practice the sway technique, a form of muscle testing so that you can figure out for yourself if a particular crystal or technique is right for you for a specific purpose or not.
