You don’t need to remote view to know based on what you just told us, what’s going on there. RV would of course give a more accurate picture but….sounds most likely a secret underground grey alien (and or associated malevolent ET factions) base where they’re doing genetic engineering, bio farming etc. (I.e- dulce base in NM)

And these predictions by chaoss are looking even more accurate. From all his posts and all my years in here I’m willing to bet he’s a Time traveler or at least can remote view very well, even if he denies it lol.
