Cannabis is being legalized here in MN. (Finally!)

After seeing how much it would cost me to get into the Medical Marijuana Program,
this comes as a blessing for several thousands here.

The costs for 1/2 ounce Medicinal is double what it would cost on the street!

$140.00 vs $280.00...........!! FFS!!!

I have a lower back injury that has gone full blown arthritic and I live with
constant Sciatica down my left leg.

THC eradicates it and I can sleep again as MN has already legalized Delta 9 (5 mg) gummies.

CBD helps somewhat during my work hours and doesn't impair.

I am an old marijuana enthusiast from way back
and have always known for me, it was always better than "Ick-A-Hol" !!! (Alcohol)

Done some really dumb things on alcohol personally like not being able to open a bathroom door for an hour or so lol. Anyhow used to smoke a lot do to my father being a psychotic ex policeman and it made being around him more tolerable. Ironically every time I was high he thought I was normal and when not high he thought I was high. Funny that he lives in Illinois where weed is legal now so he can just be upset constantly about it.

I am amazed my uncle has yet to somehow find this and say no lol. He is a lab technician whom is extremely outspoken and he thinks cannabis does nothing but make people stupid. Anyhow ironically he loves Ozzfest though everyone there is always high.

Should note that I no longer use cannabis do to THC making me dizzy and smokable/vape CBD being hard to get where I am and illegal do to Kim Reynolds. Anyhow loved vaping CBD back when I could find it as it took me from being about to faint to being normal again within minutes of taking a few drags.

Ironically Iowa has medical use but no doctor anyone near me can prescribe cannabis so pretty pointless especially when the University of Iowa aka one of the top hospitals in the country has no doctor that can prescribe cannabis.

That's odd.

Here in MN, my doctor actually referred me towards the medicinal marijuana.
The Neurontin he prescribed doesn't affect me at all and barely tames the constant pain.

I was referred down to the Mayo Clinic but...That would be like a 2 hour trip one way.

A recent report from the National Academies of Science reviewed and summarized the medical literature published about medical cannabis, specifically examining its effectiveness and safety. It concluded that medical cannabis was particularly effective for easing chronic pain, especially pain caused by nerve damage. It can effectively control nausea and vomiting and is often used to manage those symptoms in people undergoing chemotherapy. Medical cannabis also has been shown to be useful in relieving painful muscles spasms caused by conditions such as multiple sclerosis or spinal cord injuries.

My mom when she lived in Minnesota tried desperately to get Medical Marijuana, she has bad sleeping issues and pain so she was on a lot of prescription drugs and once it became legal for medical she really wanted to try it, but like you stated the cost was absolutely insane and her Dr wouldn't prescribe it to her and it wasn't covered under her insurance.

Now that we live in Nevada she takes Gummies before bed and has ditched over half of her medication for pain, sleep, etc

So i am a firm supporter of it even though i do not use it my self

The place we go to down here actually has specialists that will alter THC levels and such to your preferences, and the edibles oh my the edibles are so good lol The Cinnamon toast crunch sleep time bar is one of my favorites lol

Having stopped at the local CBD shop, I noticed that ALL of their Non-Delta 9 products were gone
as the new legalization law prohibits their sales. (Such as product containing HHC)

The owner told me that they (HHC, Etc,) were not natural but were created in a lab and
the bud he once sold was actually just CBD bud infused with this chemical.
Makes me wonder how many thought it was real bud and if there were any long-term user affects.

I personally buy organic, period, when purchasing CBD.
