Should seniors get paid chartered trips during heatwaves?

With the high costs of nursing old people dying from heat, running AC in vain during an energy chrisis, it might be cheaper and more efficient to just send them to a colder country (Canada, Sweden, Norway) on a chartered trip with the retirement homes. We have around +20°C when it's +45°C in central Europe. Countryside houses are sometimes abandoned or sold for almost nothing

What do you think?

Well...Maybe, if They really wanted something like that...I Suppose.

You can't just ship Gran-Gran off to the ice block just because it's hot out
....at least, Not without asking . ;)

Grandma would have to fight polar bears to get the last piece of ice.
