Why does he delayed to sent me the report?

As I said maybe his system isn't automated and he has to send manually the reports and didn't have time yet. Or maybe he's on vacation? Who knows.

The best way to get an answer would be to call him. If you want to know why you didn't get your report, call the man directly, I'm sure he's gonna be happy to let you know what's up.

In fact,I bought his report by agent.The agent tell me that he has been telephoned, but nobody answered the telephone.

PayPal might be trying to reach him. He's probably out of town or on vacation.

Like TF suggested, send a message to HDRKID, her take to Gibbs on a regular basis.

Be patient. We don't hear to often that Gibbs isn't reliable, that's possibly the first time I'm aware of such an occurrence.
