ive had a great read through it num7 but no mention about tuning yourself to the hdr by putting a peace of paper with your saliva on it into the witness well and prepairing the crystal like clensing it or energizing it and how its done even though some say leave in sunlight another says it dose nothing and another was leave the crystal in salt water from the sea in full moonlight for 7 hours

How do you use the HDR?

I didn't get to use the HDR with crystals though, as I didn't have a quality one back then.
