I watched a similar video of an occurrence in Ca. on TV. It was on On Demand on Xfinity.

Two creatures appear on a homeowner's CCTV screen in Fresno, Calif.
Maybe some of you can access it On Demand.

See intially this was the first thing that came to my mind was this clip from Fact or Faked. But as for the video shown here i cant take it seriously ether, there is something off about it, i cant put my finger on it but i dunno i cant believe it.

I still think its a CGI, you can see the outline through the trees as they pass behind them.
