I agree with you on that. Cant know 100% untill tested yourself. Ive had interesting stuff with caduceus coil myself, while frequency was just 40khz at 12v.. this tests made me think that its possible produce some interesting effects. Maybe its not scalar waves, but something

Depends on perspective.

Regarding scalar waves, I do not know. One of the claims regarding them is that they can travel unimpeded through metals. There actually is something that can do that under special circumstances, called a helicon discharge. They're not made with a caduceus coil, though.
