Would it not be the polution in your water that would be considered particulates? Would it not have to be so great that you would call that sluggish liquid MUD rather than water?
How can smoke, which is moved by slight air currents be considered a particulate in the medium called air when neither combined meet the standard that is known as a suspension? Doesn't the percentage of the particulate have to be so great that it is on the verge of coagulation and precipitation?
