It's an interesting concept. I know I have suggested the possibility that we have the ability to choose our path through many possible futures just by using our natural ability to make choices. I found an interesting science article to suggest that our brains may have the ability to create entangled photons that give us abilities beyond what any computer could do.

So may haps we are all just one big collective of consciousness interconnected throughout the cosmos. It would actually kinda go with the theories of quantum entanglement and string theory.
