You do know by now, we live in a society of liars. My solution would be to outlaw all governments. Only problem is how do we trust anyone? A telepathy virus that causes the infected to come down with a permanent case of telepathy would be perfect just about now.

Another great thing would indeed be time travel in addition to your telepathy virus idea.
That way if you're having an argument with someone like your family members
or a spouse you can LITERALLY go back and see who's right about who said what.
