This is amazing! I think that you are excellent at history!

We do get some documentaries about your part of the world on television, but not very many. Mostly we get travel shows for tourists to watch, lots of sight-seeing and festivals, but hardly any cultural or history content.

Oh, and at Hallowe'en we get lots of documentaries about Vlad Dracula, but they are not very good at all. Mostly they just promote old scenes from Hollywood movies.

Vlad Dracula existed indeed, but in the immense majority of video material (especially on the internet) he is depicted completely wrong and that is due to pure commercial purposes, as most people seem to be much more attracted to horror stories/novels/movies than to real, true historical facts – of course, such a presentation attracts more potential tourists.
Here are two of the many videos on YouTube that show my native city … if one wants to see more, it is enough to type in the YouTube search bar “first time brasov”

In this one, at 3:50 you can see a building that the team I collaborate with had a restoration project on (before the restoration).

I already have quite a few things in my Bucket List that I will probably never achieve
but, I don't care.

Some day, I wish to visit Brasov.

I also have some wishes that will probably never come true, yet I very much wish they would. One of them is to see the northern lights, the aurora borealis with my own eyes … that has to be an incredible spectacle to watch at first hand.
I feel honored that you someday wish to visit Brasov – thank you very much … just wait for this “plandemic” crap to end (vaccine certificates, “green” pass(port), masks and all that shit) … at some point it HAS to end. Brasov is one of the cities where (too) many people fell for this nonsense … when I go there to do some work, everybody wears a mask when riding the bus (local bus) – in the city where I live (28 km apart from Brasov) nobody wears a mask since a full year already – and it is the city with the healthiest population (actually, the whole county). When I am here, I somehow feel free to some extent. When I go to Brasov, I fell like under occupation, under invasion … but this will end soon, we just have to kick some more devil ass, get them out of business for good.

I wish my bad luck was of that sort, but it seems that my luck is much worse than that, so just feel lucky indeed … just an example: I climb up a completely vertical fire escape ladder, workbag on my shoulder, belt breaks, bag falls, midday down it opens … and the camera escapes the bag hitting the asphalt as a revenge … now, what about such “luck” ?!?!

Oh, … the boats – it is one of the two transportation methods that have no signs to guide/warn. Road traffic and rail traffic have … naval and air don’t … probably that was the excuse of those two ship captains … :sarcasm:
