So if i may ask, what makes you so certain this is all real if you have not met/talked with them before?
Everyone needs some level of proof for things to be truly believed. It could be nothing more than a writing exercise, and also as to my own curiosity, is there any proof of where the donations are going? If it is for Food/Clothing have they ever shown what they eat or wear?
Lastly, to piggy back off my last comment there, you said The Galactic Federation controls all human currency, so that also begs the question why would they need donations if they control our currency? Couldn't they just give their own what they need?

The GFW controls the money yes but the swaruunians are doing things, as in contacting gosia via written text on the computer which they do not agree with so they aren’t helping them, well..minimally, to say the least. And yes the taygetans generally have the food they need but as I said a few times already, Mari and some of the other swaruunians have adapted to earth food since they were step downs for many years growing up on earth and evidently their digestive systems have adapted to that and hence mostly just digest human food, not taygetan food (technicaly, they aren’t taygetans).
