"Einstein" already answered the below picture but what about this other seller? after all Time/travel is just a engineering error right now for most of us.

I believe that Dr. Z's devices are quality products. He's good at building them.

That said, no one can guarantee the HDR will work for you, no matter who builds it. There's always a risk the HDR device won't work for you, for some reason.

The rubbing plate on the HDR in the second picture looks like it is made from metal. The regular HDR uses a phenolic resin plate. To me that is a red flag!

I didn't know it mattered. Would a metal plate be less effective? Or would it completely prevent the rubbing plate from working?

Good question. I don't know the answer. I'll just wait for someone else to spend their money to find out. I'm just pointing out that I never seen Gibbs use a metal plate in any of his Reports.

is it best to just hire some engineering kid cuz the schix confuses me.

The HDR is classified as a radionics device. There is no science behind them. Yet users of radionics devices do get results. It's up to you if you want to have one. Just remember it may not work for you.
