The hdr doesn't teleport you, you do.

Give you an example. There's a Russian time chamber that people would sit inside. They would slow time down a little bit and people inside would gain telepathy with each other, could see astral objects, could see outside the solid windowless chamber, see the past and future and their IQ went up significantly.

When the left the chamber all these abilities were permanent. Slowed time gives you abilities. The north pole of an electromagnet or magnet produces the same slowed time. If it's strong enough you gain the ability to time-travel teleport yourself.

It's also the same energy you generate when you meditate, eat only healthy foods, stay away from toxic people, etc.

Some stories of people using the hdr extensively to time travel then after a period of time no longer need it to travel. They just walk upon a vortex, meditate, visualize where they want to go and they're there physically.

When you use the hdr, you then power it down and put away. Find a comfortable place to relax and visualize where you want to go and about an hour or so later you're there. You're teleporting yourself.

This is why the hdr doesn't always work. People can sabotage it by not believing it will work, not using it extensively enough to change your tissues so you can generate more and more energy. Also being in poor health, eating food that cancels out the energy it infuses into you. If you're demonically possessed, if you have no faith in god(also lowers your energy), etc.

Lots of factors to consider with humans as they're part of the device itself.

It's probably the most advanced device as the rest of the normal time machines screw your energy up as you use them. Causes disease, mental issues, can accelerate aging, reverse aging uncontrollably, generate psychic abilities you cannot control, etc, etc.

The Philadelphia experiment sailors had these things happen to them. They'd get stuck 'in the green' and would freeze. Someone had to touch them to bring them out of it. Spontaneously catch on fire, parts of their body would become uncontrollably invisible. Extreme mental illness, you name it.

The gentleman 'daniel' who claims to be the singular person who was involved with the montauk experiment not mind wiped claimed they used degaussing equipment to bring people out of this frozen and sometimes frozen and invisible state at the montauk base. If they didn't do it quickly and brought the invisible person back they'd be permanently insane.

In Gibbs reports he talks about how 'direct time travel' technology shouldn't be mentioned at all as it's too dangerous for people individually and collectively.

The people that get the best hdr results eat a clean diet, have undergone radical detoxification, have experience with deep meditation, binural beats, astral projection and such. It's because their body and mind are both conditioned to not only hold the energy but use it efficiently. Your body itself is a battery for time energy.

The food in modern diets are meant to be toxic but most 'toxins' the alternative energy community has claimed are toxins aren't chemical ones. They're stored in fatty tissues, joints, etc but aren't chemically a toxin at all. However they do produce the exact opposite energy as the slowed time energy in the body cancelling it out. It's like food is intentionally made not only to keep us sick but also low vibration cut off from our true abilities.

Leave the body alone, don't torture it with stressful thoughts and it automatically makes enough energy for you to time travel-teleport. It's why a thoughtless mind produces peaceful feelings. Your brain is constantly radiating these waves all around you and into your body disturbing the delicate slowed time energy accumulation process.

if you really want spectacular results, get 100 of the hdr electromagnets, place their north poles all facing inwards around a hollow space and use analog amplifiers to amplify the power of the hdr signal into each electromagnet.

Would make a chamber that causes serious results.

Or get 7 electromagnets attached to 7 hdr's or 1 analog amplifier power supply and place each over one chakra. Would seriously pump your whole system with energy.

what about using the hdr in your car and taking the whole car with you and anyone and anything in it goes with you like the hdr to i think ive read something about it somewhere, and if the hdr doesn't go with you how would people who claimed to of physical time travel get back or dose it bring you back without the hdr being with you
