They look like water droplets on the lens or condensation but I would'nt pass down the flying ninja theory because the only thing cooler than a ninja is a flying ninja.[/b]

So what is at these locations ? Is there something being deliberately blocked out ?

Is it a reflection ? Some more info here and some good theories..
