Our girls named them Chocolate, Sprinkles and Smores. Our son is too little to know anything except GOOOOOOAT. This spring we'll get about 12-20 chickens and a rooster. We'll also rent a male goat to make a few kids and start getting some milk. That'll be interesting.
Excellent! We had a tree felled last memorial day, a storm came through and split the trunk a bit. Tree was too close to our house so we had to find someone that holiday weekend to come take it down properly. I've been too lazy to chop it up and take it to the burn pit since then but the goats love to climb on it so I let it be. They take care of all the overgrowth around the house. If we didn't have 30+ acres I wouldn't need a mower or a bush hog attachment. They do a great job.I hear people use goats to keep the grass under control. How well do they do that?
