It's an out of body experience. It's when your soul disconnects from your body.

You're right. You don't need an HDR to experience your astral body. But your consciousness is your astral body or your soul. You can learn to separate your consciousness from your body. When you do, you will realize there is more to existence than just your body. And by all accounts your astral body has powers and abilities that only Gods should have. After all, your soul is supposedly supposed to be immortal.

You can also try building a time portal. To make it work, you can try connecting an HDR to one and it will have a better chance of working.

this is a hard one ive got that many schematics in information books i brought from steven gibbs you would have to read it all biuld them all then test them all the most bizzare one out of them all is the water one time machine i think it is
