Well I could tell you, but I prefer not to say since it might start an argument between members. Some may find my plans cruel, while others may find them great.

@Kazper I smiled a little bit when i read your 7th line, How much better the world would be if employers just had to hire by "experience and schooling" and never knew colour race age, looks etc...

In the UK employers are sometimes forced to hire people with very little experience of the required job, just because they are black..
This may seem crazy, but what the employers face if they didnt employ the black person is that they could be classed as being "racist"!!
The employers have to hire a sub standard person just because of their colour and not experience of the job...This is the crazy world that the people and employers of the UK have to live in, just because if they had chosen a white experienced person, they could be accused of racism..

However, thats only half of the problem...A company can advertise to only employ "polish people" as an example and never break the law, but if a company chose to only want "English people", then that company risked being shut down and fined very heavily, and there would also be headlines in every UK newspaper crying out RACISM..RACISM!!!

Back in 1996 I was let go from a Govt. job that paid well, @$14.85 hour, which was great back then. I had to take many civil service test and had to pass several test and pass them with in a 10 day period, I passed all the test test in 6 days. In January 1996 I was terminated and went to my union leader and I was told

" They had to release you because they have to have a quota of Black women, White Women and Black Men"

. Told me outright, I felt so unfairly treated but I had no one to go to get help. really sux.
Yes , If an employers would change their policy to computer testing hiring, then this racist thing would stop in a second.
It is going to happen shortly. Since my "awakening" started to happen, I have started to look at the problems in the world leading to difference in religion, sex, race, etc...and started to "reverse engineer" The problems, and they seem to work out. Seems like the only way to get around these things legally and justifiable is to implement "EMPLOYEE HIRING SOFTWARE" , This way when these organization try to yell "racist" they can take the computer software to court, which would never never happen. This would end all unfair employing of employees.

I'm just kinda laying around recovering from being sick and trying to get my energy back to normal and been bored a lot, so I just started thinking about stuff while laying down watching Street people on a live camera and wondered what they think about.
I realized with my silly personality the things I thought about.
Here goes a few things. lol

• If it would be easier for Male and Female pre-transgender people to just exchange souls
  
• In all my lives how many years of school, High School and College in total I went thru.
• As a man how a Woman feels to have multiple orgasms.
• How much more money smokers would have if they didn't smoke.
• That its cheaper to buy street drugs than buy cigarettes.
• Why porn stars nowadays say "The Industry" Like Porn is like working in a factory or something.
• How much better the world would be if Employers just had too hire by experience and schooling and never knew color, race, age, looks etc...were.
• That prostitution is illegal, but giving away sex is perfectly legal.
• Why Porno is legal because people pay to film 2 people or more to have sex on a camera.
• When I was a kid, Crack refereed to a sexual thing , not a drug.
• If a person with "split personalities" have multiple souls also. lol
