Just to make sure your PayPal account is okay, log in to PayPal directly into your account by visiting Send Money, Pay Online or Set Up a Merchant Account - PayPal

Check if your credit card is properly associated to your PayPal account. If it is, you should be able to do the purchase on here.

What if the NWO has gotten to Numenoreon7 and now he's using this paypal process as a way to help those that would put those like us into FEMA camps?
