2 Glasses method and mirror/candle method

i'm trying the mirror and candle method for some weeks now, but i hink i'm too much in my mental.
I get the impression more that you are too attached to the outcome.
It's hard to avoid that sometimes, it can take a while to manifest specific things, big things. And by big I mean what ever big means to you.
If you're a millionaire already, then hitting the billion mark might be big. If you're homeless and want a place to live, a house could be a big thing.
Theres a couple of ways around this.
For the big things. Either try to make them smaller by working on limiting belief systems. Or and inclusive off, spend one day and no more working on something big, then spend at least a month ignoring that big thing and focus on tiny things, small enough that you may manifest them in a day or two. This helps to keep your focus more on appreciation, because when you successfully manifest the small things daily, you can spend more time in appreciation of them. This helps to spur your positive belief that big things must also come to fruition too.

ok, I understand, but I was hoping to see things like another dimension etc... more than manifesting things.
You don't really see other dimensions, not from the earth plane, the dimensions are overlaid on top of each other.
But you can see in to them, by changing your frequency to match them.
If you astral project, thats where more you can see them, including pocket dimensions. Or you could remote view.
Thus, by trying to manifest it, you've probably been shown thumbnails on things like how to astral project, how to raise your vibration, what are dimensions, what is density...things like this.
You need to be able to recognize what is showing up in your reality as clues, and what manifestation it is a part off. Because there will be various paths to get there depending on which clues you pick up on.
But practice your sight too, with auras, and meditations etc.

There's a subreddit online dealing with shifts and manifestations.

Dimensional Jumping • /r/DimensionalJumping

There's a technique called the 2 Glasses technique where people write on 2 clear glasses and pour water in the first cup which is the place you are in, and then pour it into the 2nd one where you want to be at and all the desires you want to shift to.

People have reported having made changes and shifted into alternate realities because of it.

Another is where you get a mirror, the bigger the better, light a candle in front of it and meditate and focus on it and your desired intention and you will be there. It's best to do this from Midnight to 3 AM and focus on the shift. If you feel weird and feel a change, most likely, you made a change and attained the desired shift.

People have reported having done this and have reported being in places they didn't realize and all that and people thought they were crazy when they woke up and so forth.

So yeah... give this a try and do some more research if any of you all want to shift or go to the past or something.

Also, what do you write on the cups?

What happens to you in your current timeline? Is it just a consciousness shift, so you won't disappear? And if you regret it, can you go back?
Pretty much yes, it's a shift of consciousness.
In the case of evolving into higher timelines, I do believe the lower ones eventually fizzle off and vanish as potentials once you are sufficiently different enough that nothing on the old one serves you.
But in terms or parallels they all continue to exist as options.
And yes its possible to go back to other parallels, in fact it happens more than it doesn't. And I believe this is what happened to that fella from the weird country that didn't exist here. Once he went to sleep his vibration shifted back to his previous expectations of waking up in his own reality.
Generally speaking we shift across millions daily depending on both cellular choices and waking decisions. Back and forth, back and forth over and over. It takes a lot of choices in series to shift in any noticeably large way.

The cup method is used for shifting larger jumps. Usually people use it to create either material objects or romantic entabglements and things like this.
So, one one cup you might write "taking action on the opportunity to get that dream house" or, "Driving my new beamer to work", or, "Meeting a woman perfect for me in every way in the now moment"
etc etc.

The other cup, represents the path you are currently on, with all your doubts, and can represent belief systems you know are holding you back, such as;
"Not being able to recognize financial opportunities"
"Same shit different day"
Its basically the opposite of what you're aiming for..

What do you do after you pour the water? Meditate? Leave them for a few days?

That post was made 8 years ago back when I lacked the skill sets and training to explain this feasibly, that’s not a world view I go by anymore. It’s a simple focus shifting technique.

What’s going on there is what the epistemologists call: other possible worlds (or hypothetical from the real one). Ideally, you’re centrifuging pieces of the quality of experiences from one place and transposing it to another. Like gene knock out experiments: you’re removing parts of your experience from one place and moving it to another that you ideally want to get. It’s trial and error of shifting your thoughts and focus.

Basically, your focus changes as your environment does and vice versa, because they’re representations of each other. That’s how you get from one quality of experience to another. Qualia is the sensory parts that make up the overall quality of experience; hence: Qualia, like overall quality.

I think most people just drink it as normal. I have heard some that would drink it like medicine, like a tablespoon every hour or something.
Its not a practice I use though.
I mostly only program water in a different way when I need a medicine or specific type of healing.

When it comes to manifestation I do almost nothing specific. I do however follow the clues to do the shadow work slowing down my natural manifestations.

One of the bigger things I did manifest specifically though was my cnc, as an unemployed person on disability, it was 10k's worth of tool I had no real way of saving for myself. Since manifesting that though, the blocks I had to clear to get it have sort of opened a small flood gate to where most other things I want or feel I need come fairly easily these days. However, it took me three damn years to manifest that thing.
