Leedskalnin told everyone how he did it...but nobody seems to listen.
He'd carve the soft coral rock himself.
He polished a small part of it on top, put sand, play all the musical notes one by one. When the sand danced more than normal when playing it he'd note the tone. Then after finding them all he'd place a magnet underneath the stone and when the music played the rock would become superconductive and levitate on the magnet. He said for every rock carved out it was upon a causeway of other natural rocks and he'd use a metal thing with one loop of wire.

The sound orgone charged the ormus in the coral rock and make it superconductive with lattice vibrations. Any magnet underneath would make it float. The causeway if designed the same way would also become superconductive so pushing around rocks would be easy.
