I do believe that space has a lot of spacecraft moving about that we can't see.

Just think how fast you need to go in space just to travel to distant stars. The speed you would be at would make you invisible to observers. Even the most advanced camera would not be able to catch it.

Personally seen saucers move slowly then takeoff so fast they become unobservable so most definitely possible. Also seen one cloak while very close to me so another way they can come unobserved

I think that ufo enter the moon for research and taken people to there but must be a Nazi moon bases

You don't travel to distant stars, you arrive there, travelling is usually only down within a galactic space. But the speeds are easily achieved when you remove gravity from the equation. And sometimes this is done in order to give some prep time for the crew or just to pass the time, they usually are not in a rush, but if they are they would not travel unless their main drive is damaged beyond repair.

Cloaking and dimensional shifting look very similar, it's hard to tell which is which by that alone though. Either way ets and military both can vanish but only one of them you can still shoot down. And it's usually only the one type you want to shoot down too.
