Well, on Earth, yes, all time machines are secret. But they do exist. Sorry, time machines that aren't mainstream knowledge do count.
As for other planets in the universe, I'm sure there are ones that also exist, even ones that are mainstream knowledge relative to the planets they were created on.

Well, I believe that they do exist.
But the problem here that you can't catch someone with a time machine, and even if, he can get back in time and change what happened.
Anyways, if you are interested in time travel, I recommand you to use Steven Gibbs HDR device. I'm not sure if it's an astral or physical time travel, but why not trying it out?

Well, I believe that they do exist.
