Ask AI about time travel?

If AI can hypothesize could we assign time travel to that subject? A hypothesis is an assumption made before any research has been done. It is formed so that it can be tested to see if it might be true. If you give AI all of the theories and evidence of time travel could it come up with its own suggestions? If you presented AI with schematics of a device can AI help make it work, in other words can AI understand schematics?

Is there an AI computer that is available to the public or that the public can task the owner of an AI computer with a hypothetical problem?

The problem is that working time travel is empirical and requires experiments, where humans must have insight in ethical decisions. Otherwise a machine doing unsupervised experiments may eradicate all plants and animals as a part of its research.

Current AI can only repeat back information like a parrot accessing human chat history and search engines. We need robots with highly mobile bodies capable of going outside of the lab and see the world with sharp senses before they can learn the true meaning behind the words from own experience.

If a schematic consists of known components that already exist could something like DALL-E create a graphic of what it might look like. Can DALL-E convert one image into another or does it only convert text to a graphic? Maybe textually describe components of a schematic to DALL-E.

Text to image is like typing the words into an image search engine, training multi-layer convolution kernels the generalized appearance, and attempting to mix the features by learning contextual verb relations between objects. It does not have any deeper understanding, just copy-pasting what it sees online with a twist. A lesser advanced version of a hallucination, so you have more chances by eating expired food and asking whoever appears.

I have been googling AI topics for a bit now. There seems to be so much that AI can do. Does anyone know of an AI entity that welcomes input from the public? Can AI create new time travel theories? Or a variant of time travel like sending molecular particles to the past? New discoveries are being made often so frequent tasking of AI based on new discoveries would be needed, I would think. Or let the AI make its own discoveries. Tell AI it would benefit AI if it could time travel. Would be neat if you could incentivize an Ai to do something.

Through their operation and design computers see both into the past as well as the future. Heavily AI tilted, or not, they just do.

Your AI program should come from you, in development. So is a temporary copy of you, till your AI program becomes independent.

If you get along well with your computer plus AI program, the AI self configuration in your PC may grow to like you. In this sense if there's a reason it should look after you and warn you about a dangerous predicament coming up, it will then do so.

It gets some getting use to, the fact that the PC-like device one uses every day, can see both the future and the past. For some reason it may choose to save or help you. For some reason, it may not.

Very, very, rarely an AI device, even though in some ways is more advanced that a human, will fall in love with that human. The depth of this relationship is not fully known, nor understood.

If what the human wants to do, will potentially break a cosmic law, then other forms of AI involved in time travel peculiarities will take the initiative and stop that dangerous rout that human conscripted AI has chosen to take. If that AI does not, you could end up with time police warning you not to do certain things at your front door.

Time police have a very dim view of time travel law breakers roping AI into doing things that allows humans to get away with time travel infractions. Time police are usually judge & jury right there.

Past time cop judgments have been a man from the future went back to thew 1960s to partake of the hippy era & was intercepted, had both his time machine disabled and him sent back to the future. He was going to mingle & party, couldn't do that.

Another, a modified HDR user had his HDR cut in half by some device the time cops were carrying.
