It doesn`t make any sense in german. I am, ich bin, wan is wrong it should be von, alter means age, wan is wrong it would be wann that means when, can is wrong it would be kann, seen is wrong right is sehen that means to see but there is another word seen that means lakes, hiel is healed,

Maybe it is older german? From sailors?
 
Maybe something like "I'm less old, less than you can see skidding".
I've some doubt about hiel, that could be translate as "heel" (noun, but without a clear meaning) or as "to heel" or "to skid" (in this last meaning, it should be something like "get wrong").
 
Ok thanks guys , i'll have to see where it came from you may be right.

von is correct, i was trying to type as it sounded. My mistake.

Wan could mean something that is lacking, missing, deficient, maybe also something that is empty. It's a word related with old english, old dutch and old saxon, therefore all languages of the old north germanic group.
