It seems like that was then and this is now. At this time, it is known who the Black Hats are and who the White Hats are, pertaining to extraterrestrials involved with Earth, the Black Hats being the Draco Reptilian Alliance and the White Hats being The Galactic Federation of Worlds(a military arm of the Milky Way), the Intergalactic Confederation, the Council of 5 and perhaps Enki.
Apparently, the Draco Reptilian Alliance consisted of the Dracos allied with the Tall Greys. It has also been reported that the Dracos used the Wolfen(dogmen) as mercenaries, on planets, like Earth, which they intended to subjugate and rule. Supposedly, the Dracos, Tall Greys and Wolfen, all like to consume humans. In addition, the Draco Reptilians were Overlords to the Illuminati and the Nazis.
Apparently, some human world leaders are Draco Reptilian spirits in human form, who supported the Draco Reptilian Alliance, some of them with shape-shifting abilities. And they still desperately try to reinstall the Draco agenda, even though the Draco Reptilian Alliance has been largely defeated, in the past few years, by the Galactic Federation of Worlds and their Earth Allies, on Earth, the Moon, Mars and Ceres.
It is now known that the Draco Reptilians had a military base in Antarctica, which the Nazis had access to. It is the reason that Admiral Bird and his Fleet of U.S. Navy ships was militarily repelled from Antarctica, in 1947, during Operation High Jump, which had been a military operation.
I met a man who told me that he was taken to Germany, as a young boy, by his father, where he met some of the Draco Reptilians, after WWII. He said they wore a certain belt that made them look human, when turned on. He hated them, after they arrogantly told him, that they could process humans into food for themselves, within 30 seconds. I wonder if some of the tall SS officers photographed with Hitler, were disguised Dracos.
The Galactic Federation of Worlds, including Pleiadians, Sirians, Venusians and others, tried to form an alliance with the United States, during the Eisenhower administration. At that time Val Thor, from the Etheric Realm inside Venus, an officer of The Galactic Federation of Worlds, spent three years at the Pentagon, trying to form that Alliance, to counter the Draco Reptilian Alliance. Like others of the Galactic Federation, Val Thor has the ability to shift back and forth, between 5D and 3D. The Secret Service guarding Eisenhower, politely asked him to remain in 3D.
The alliance between the Galactic Federation of Worlds and the United States was thwarted at that time by the Draco Reptilian Alliance, which Eisenhower referred to as The Military Industrial Complex. Eisenhower wanted an alliance with the Galactic Federation, but it didn't happen at that time. Nonetheless, the Galactic Federation persisted in their efforts to create that alliance, which eventually came about, resulting in current affairs.
Even though the Draco Reptilian Alliance has mostly been defeated, within the past few years, there still may be quite dangerous negative ETs still lurking, such as Dracos, deep underground the Vatican, in tunnel systems and Wolfen(seven feet tall "dogmen"), in hidden caves and forested areas, unless they've been quite recently handled by Special Military Forces.
The deep underground, DUMB, military bases have now been mostly cleared out, by the Galactic Federation and their Special Forces Earth Allies, if not entirely. Underneath the Vatican, where shape shifting Reptilians did their evil, murderous rites, extracting adrenochrome from humans, which enhanced their strength and power, they had to close off all escape routes, teleportation through portals, etc., before suddenly precipitating from 5D into 3D, confronting and dealing with the Reptilians, along with their Special Forces Earth Allies, presumably.
Battles have been fought against negative ETs on Earth, way back in 1979 and 1980, by some United States Special Forces, which people still don't know about. In one of those battles, amphibious beings, of the Nommos race, apparently, who live deep in our oceans, shot up from the ocean, in their spaceships, at the last moment, to join United States military forces in repelling an extraterrestrial invasion in the skies of China, referred to as China Gate, in 1980.
MUFON knows all about these things, but who's paying attention. The average IQ here is 100 or less, not much above the moronic level. A deliberate dumbing down has been going on for a long time, instigated by the "Deep State" and by now, you certainly know what I mean by "Deep State". Fortunately, the people on this site are much above the average, in intelligence and awareness, with a willingness to investigate. As the "Deep State" continues to be dismantled, IQ and awareness will sky rocket upwards, on this planet, and we will consciously integrate into the Galactic community.
As to the Philadelphia Experiment and Montauk Project, I did attend seminars many years ago, at the New Life Expo in the New Yorker Hotel, where I heard seminars by Preston Nichols and Al Bielek, who were involved in those connected events. I had some interesting synchronicity with Preston Nichols. I am also acquainted with Peter Moon, who has written extensively on these subjects.
It is my understanding that people like Preston Nichols and Al Bielek were very good people, with very good intentions, bringing these things into the open, for our benefit, who were sometimes used or abused by negative ETs, such as the Draco Reptilians. One joke that Preston Nichols told was of him supplying one of the Reptilians with a deadly poison to humans, like Drano, used to unclog toilets and sinks, surprising Nichols by thirstily drinking it down and loving it.
I suggest, that the main negative ETs, influencing the Montauk Project, would have been the Draco Reptilians and Tall Greys, the same ones who were behind creating human clones and biological human robots, in deep underground, DUMB, military bases, with indications that a recent U.S. President is a human clone. It has been reported that fully grown and aged human clones, which do not contain the consciousness of those they have been cloned from, were being manufactured in DUMB military bases, within a few months. But they don't age well, they don't last.
