I'm back in this game after over a year. I now have a little bit of grinding to do, since I don't have that many cards from the 2 latest sets.
I'm currently playing in "wild" mode with my old cards. Most of my collection is made of old cards from the first 4 years of the game. Like in Hearthstone, most of these old cards can only be used in wild mode. They're useless in standard.
It still feels better than Hearthstone IMO. It's way more generous and doesn't feel like you need to play 40 hours a week to be able to build interesting decks.
I haven't played MTGA in several years, I might give it another try. I've heard good about it.

I think you should get an in-game reward if you use it. I think it's a starter deck and a player avatar.
