Entire species can go extinct from a couple degrees difference, and wouldn't this be a UN issue? How can one country decide the state of an entire planet?
 

In my opinion, our natural resource of light shouldn't be tampered with. :oops:

Then again,
maybe this truly brings about the Biblical event of (the) Three days of Darkness.
