Fallout shelters? With all the reduction in long/medium/short range missles, there are still enough to vaporize what we call civilization several times over. Great pllace to store illegal things, weapons, drugs, stolen money, etc. but the notion of FOS went out a long times ago when the strenght of each seperate warhead, of a mulit-warhead kind, got deployed all over, I think the final score will be "nukes-1, humans-0.
