Future Paradoxes

So travelling to the future would also cause a paradox just like how travelling to the past would cause a paradox because it would create a time period in which you were not there that would affect that time period and by the time you approach your destination in the future, it would be a different future than what it was supposed to be if you did not travel to the future. Also keep in mind that any time in the future is also the past of the future. So time travelling would become really messy, because the past affects the present and the future and the future affects the past and the present because the present is the past and the past is the future from some other time in the past.

So it doesn’t matter whether it’s time travel to the past or future because they would both cause paradoxes because of cause and effect that affects everything, so time travel in reality might never be possible because the laws of physics just won’t allow it to happen in this universe as we know it.

You can travel to the future by reaching the speed of light or getting exposed to extreme gravity from a black hole. We are all slightly time traveling from earth's gravity, causing time to move faster around us.

Time is also not linear, so traveling back in time will have you remembering the timeline where you did not travel back in time, while standing in the new timeline where you did. That particles appear at more than one location at a time shows that we can interact with other timelines without paradoxes. Each future vision shows an alternative future as it could become if the vision had never existed, as a base case for recursion.

A paradox is an unsolvable problem. This won't happen with a future time travel jump. It's just an alternate timeline where you're missing for a large chunk of it. Traveling back from the future to the past (returning to your relative "now") could cause some problems depending on if a single world line or many world lines exists.

When you time travel to return "home", there's also a potential problem if many world lines exist as everyone else around you is still making hundreds of decisions per day and creating new worldline branches. Suddenly your single point return destination branched out into many. If many world lines exist, then multiple "yous" also did the time travel and return and might land on the other branches... or maybe multiple "yous" landed on the same branch and start causing problems. If multiple "yous" land at the exact same point at the exact same time, you'd die an awful mess.

I have read titor's post and more, I can say that what really happens is that the person/s traveling through time literally create a new timeline, not a universe, the "physical" alternative universe already exists it's about the "condition and actions" that took you there, you shouldn't mess with time travel as I have a "friend" which we call mary, who happens to travel in time and lost contact with her original timeline, she can't go back to her original one, so she's here, if that wouldn't happen we wouldn't know her, also time travellers usually don't want any unwanted attention, she talks how much she misses her mother and in this universe, her mother exists but it's not her mother, she's younger and didn't have children yet, so when she told her that she's her mother it abrupted her
