TT_00 is a dude with an over-active imagination and propensity for the dramatic who lives on a boat in Florida. He says interesting things, but none of it should be taken at its word.

I can't speak to the authenticity of the diagram, but anything TT_00 posts is going to be a lie or something he made up to entertain himself. He also said John Titor is his neighbor. Take that for what it's worth.

I found a place online that you can download this as a PDF document. Of course it's not free. $8.99 for unlimited 24 hour access. But you can read it online for free. Or just do what I did. Save the webpage to your hard drive. I might add that I'm not sure this is the book. But it sure does appear to have the entire story within it.
The Time Travel Tale of John Titor
It looks like it allows you to download the PDF, so you could download as much as you can off the site during that 24 hours, I suppose.
One thing, though. I don't think this is the same book. The Title is different.
