It will attract the available circumstances to obtain your manifestation goal. It may not be the most convenient situation though. Such as attracting money or job, or etc. Example, If you are looking for a job you might get a phone call back from a job you applied to saying they want to hire you, but the hours might not be what you expected. So, manifesting works on this but, i've seen something is traded off in most circumstances. I'm still doing more work but, I'll let you know if I can work around this.
