1. What are the names of the zones you were talking about to another person in this forum not like red, purple, yellow I mean titles?

2. What kind of languages do people back in the past say and what kind of languages do people of the future say?

3. How many times have you used the hdr also is the future really bad then the past?

thanks hdrkid you have been a great help to me and the others talking about your experiences and giving us great answers and advice too bad I don't have a hdr yet then I could tell you and others about my experiences and such but I thinking of buying very soon! well I have stuff to do now so I will talk with you later see ya later!

HDRkid.

You related to the fact that if you go to a red zone you would lose your "time travel" permit and privilege. A Most Interesting concept there.

Who granted you your "permit"?

Who specifically would prevent you from traveling?

Just how can you be prevented from traveling??

You have stated not more than 2 paragraphs later that time travel is not regulated.

You said some lines had different architecture/language. What were they like? (describe them - i.e., language was Spanish instead of English and used Egyptian architecture)

And just for the fun of it, check the future-history of my city, Baltimore if you can. :)

*Wonders if the Baltimore Orioles will ever win another world series...*

Hi Orangeman:

Has a quick question if I may... has anyone from future timelines mentioned what happened in 2010-2015?

John Titor did not want to talk about what happened. One guy told me nothing happens, and that there are lots of robots in 2030 and cars are automoatically driven by computers in 2020. Not sure if technology will move that fast. :D'oh:

There was one timeline where people spoke a funny kind of talk - like a mix of French and Spanish. Also, on another line people spoke Portuguese, but on most lines people use English, except those where the Nazis won WWII. Those are German Only! If you see signs that say "Achtung!" dont walk away, RUN!

Did not see Egyptian architecture, but a lot of domes in the future.

I will try to check on Baltimore, I have a friend who lives there.

Hi Pyro99:

HDR, have you attempted too travel to the 16th?

No, I will find out real soon though. Probably the Hurricane causes damage.

You are already in a purple zone. That's like a leper colony.
This timeline contains diseases that could seriously affect other lines.

I used to make fun of the concept of time cops, but they do exist. If you run one red light you will probably not go to jail, but try crashing into a school and see what happens.

Time Travel is not regulated on this line, but I had 23, maybe off by one, police cars in my front yard this year. They wanted to see my HDR. I'm still alive.

It's a good idea to not misuse the technology. I like to play tourist and see other times, but I have been warned not to mess things up. :(

Hi Frog:

1. What are the names of the zones you were talking about to another person in this forum not like red, purple, yellow I mean titles?

Like a traffic light Green = go, Yellow = caution, RED = no go
But I have seen an ambulance run a red light.

So purple means, NEVER EVER!!!

2. What kind of languages do people back in the past say and what kind of languages do people of the future say?

In past, people spoke Latin and Greek more than now.

Main language in 2600 is Parimbo or Papadu,
in 3600 it is Magaje, (MAG-guy-yaaa) which is similar to Parimbo,
like English and German.

Very few people speak English in 3600 and those that do speak English, talk future English, a very strange language.

BTW as you travel futher and futher away from now, the percent divergence will increase.

3. How many times have you used the hdr also is the future really bad then the past?

I make about three jumps a month and ordered the unit in 2001.

Mostly I like to see things that do not exist now, like the flying car.
Interesting is that we had the flying car in the 50's.

thanks once again for your time travel experiences and answers your a really cool person I will only ask one more question for today then I have to go somewhere here it is and it is a big one:

1. If you speak english in the near future or further future will people of that century still understand you or do you have to learn how to speak their language also one last question what kind of entertainment do people use in the past and future?

thanks once again for your time and patience and thanks for listening and replying back to me and thanks for being a nice person too most people talk about one of their experiences and you never hear from them again trying to be rude or mean to you well I will talk with you later!

Steven Gibbs would call you up, to let you know about Hurricane Damage?

yeah, thats a good one, keep em comin. :P

HDRKid

HDRKid, I have a few more questions for you.

1) Is it just our timeline that is a purple zone during this time period?

2) Have you actually traveled beyond the year 3000?

3) When you arrive in the future or past don't people look at you funny when your clothes are from a different time period?

4) Do we still use paper money as currency in the future?

5) What other new technologies are there besides flying cars and robots/nanobots? Any advances in computers or internet?

Thanks in advance for taking the time to read/answer my questions.

HDRKid

Hi Stevo:

1) Is it just our timeline that is a purple zone during this time period?
Only a few lines are so bad that people are banned from going there.

On most timelines, time travellers are like tourists a very common site.
On this one the only TT's we get are like fugitives from justice.

2) Have you actually traveled beyond the year 3000?

Yes, it gets stranger and stranger as you go further out.
In the future houses do not have windows or doors.

Around the year 3000 most humans turn into a form of energy and leave.
Where they go I do not know. This sounds like the rapture.

Those that stay behind have to rebuild society.

3) When you arrive in the future or past don't people look at you funny when your clothes are from a different time period?

If you travel physically I believe you have some problems. That is why I prefer astral time travel.

For physical time travel Steven Gibbs says that you need a vortex.

4) Do we still use paper money as currency in the future?

In the near future yes, but after WWIII no. The medium of exchange is Gold, usually in a coin shape. People are not worried about money as much, they worry more about survival.

5) What other new technologies are there besides flying cars and robots/nanobots? Any advances in computers or internet?

Actually, I was amazed that the internet did not evolve much. It has more movies in the future and more interactive, but still a lot of black text on a white back.

I did not see VR helmets, but some VR glasses, they look like sunglasses.
BTW in the future computers are totally uncool, remember that Archie comic where Archie asked Dilton if he wants to go surfing and Dilton bring a laptop to the beach? There is like a heirarchy, with war hero/warriors on top, and nerds on the bottom.

After WWIII though things change a lot, very few people survive the war. There is a lot of rebuilding and then technology takes off, but not like now, more practical.

Future Tech includes:

Teleporters, fusion, clones, synthetic foods, rifles that shoot energy beams, new superstrong metals, floating cities.

One of my favorite advances in the future is zero grav boots. They are popular amoung teens who like to jump over tall buildings. Sky cycles are the rage among preteens. Also pop are jet packs that let you fly places, but most adults prefer the flying car.

Each advance caused problems, like long lines at teleporters when they first came out and a lot of unemployment because people stopped buying ground cars, so highways fell into disuse.

Clones also cause problems because they were treated as second class citizens, and they die real fast like the early models lived only four years, but a later model lives up to ten years.

Robots caused the most problems, massive unemployment, riots, etc.
I still do not know how anybody had a job after the robots.

Hi Frog:

1. If you speak english in the near future or further future will people of that century still understand you or do you have to learn how to speak their language also one last question what kind of entertainment do people use in the past and future?

Near future yes, but the slang is different, imagine a man who uses phrases like "Peachy keen, Gee Whiz, and swell" all the time.

As time goes by new words are added and existing words change in meaning.

Here is an example:

That car is so gay.

1950 - Festive
2000 - Effeminate
2050 - Ugly

Yes, people in 2150 can still understand you, but you talk "funny".

People in the future do not watch TV or go on the internet, except for weirdos. Most people go out to a party, or a military parade, or a big social event.
Nobody stays home alone.

In fact, in the future, the only people who watch TV are like deathly ill, so it has a very bad connotation.

Also, John Titor says that in the future we have less medical advances than now, John compared medicine in 2036 to the wild west. In the future the belief is that the strong survive and the weaklings die.
