Liz Truss claimed that trickle down economy benefits everyone. Only problem is that already rich people spend the money in tax havens and declare a loss at home.

What would happen if we instead give million dollar bonuses to random beggars on the streets to create a hobo economy? Will camping stores expandand and create growth, or will people without homes nor bank accounts get instantly robbed by criminals that buy rocket launchers and gold chains for the cash?
