Are you quoting the, Schumann Resonant frequency?..
No, an off frequency that is not the same as what the surface world resonates at. There was a fellow who was in one of the small Runic cellars in the New England States as told in FATE Magazine, that just wanted, on adventures whim, to sleep in one of these five to six large slab shelters, sort of built into the ground.

He slept with his back to the largest slab stone, with the rest of him sitting on the floor looking at the entrance to this little six-foot-high shelter. He was starting to doze off, but there appeared two large people walking towards the entry to this shelter.

He regained his consciousness and still while sitting, appeared to him to be a tall man dressed in a white robe, that was wearing a helmet with horns attached, that resembled the Norse god Loki. Beside him walked what appeared to be a Viking, but with an extremely powerful physical build. But with a sword and all the accoutrements that made up what we in this culture term, as the classical Viking warrior.

The Norse God looking figure along with the Viking entered the shelter. The supposed god, Loki, saw the dazed by his appearance human and made a frown, as if he was not supposed to be there. It was at that point the hiker lost consciousness and when he awoke, the two were nowhere to be seen.

As the article said, it must have been that the two had the ability to pass through the stone slab wall in back of the man, because of their ability to enter in another frequency.

It is said that when one enters into the Earth at the South Pole, that the frequency changes and one enters another realm, that is not the frequency on the surface of this Earth. I guess in time travel terms, one could call it a worldline. You're welcome.
