How to make space any size at the same time

My idea on how to make space any space at the same time.You make space any size at the same
time by rotating a wheel at the center of another rotating wheel that it is on.This would
works because most numbers can have more than one sets of two numbers that would equal it.
And also when you spin a wheel on the center of another spinning wheel.The speed of the wheel
that the wheel is on has to be added to every area from the center to the outer rim.That
means that if you have a wheel half the size of the wheel that it is on moving at 70 miles
per hour at it's outer rim.And the wheel that is on it has it's outer rim rotating at 160
miles per hour.If you were standing on the ground looking at it.The place half way in
between the center and outer rim would be going 150 miles per hour of the wheel that is on
the wheel.The outer rim of that wheel would be rotating around at 230 miles per hour.These
two wheels are being rotated by motors. If you have a motor on the ground rotating a wheel
that has a axle about half it's size at 150 miles per hour.It's outer rim would be going 300
miles per hour.Not like the other wheel on the wheel that's outer rim is rotating around at
230 miles per hour.

If you mean the method for extreme amount of time dilation post you are wrong.Because that is not named the same way.
