The big questions are...Where did this Document come from, and who obtained it? How do we know it's related to John?

I don't understand why John would lied to his mother when she asked if people were going to be able to track him and find out who he is? (maybe not future him but the one that was born in our timeline)

Yes ofcourse at the time, computers, websites and software were not as advance as today standards, But I am pretty sure if Secret Societies or black ops wanted to know who John and his family are they already do.

If people wanted to know who JT really is, all they have to do is pull resources together and find out who were the key engineers of the IBM 5100 which could be done (then use ancestry.com) then they would have to search for all 1967 cars sold in Tampa Florida (or all of florida) in the year John's mother said he did (which shouldint be too much), then follow all VIN #'s and use various websites like google or carfax.com

Then one would colaborate the information if it matched, it would add credibility to the story and we would also know who JT actually is (real name).

If didint match...then Darby may be right....but their are other clues that can be followed up on, not only the ones I have mentioned.

I must point out that no one is every really interested in finding out who this guy is, they always use the excuse of " give his family privacy stuff... "?
To me that's TOTAL BS, he came from the future "allegedly" changed our entire timeline, lied to his mother (he knew they could really find his identity, "black ops ppl"), and so can we. He knew that he would become popular/famous, he knew many would follow the story and follow up on it. He made himself public they even wrote a book (and make money out of this), IT'S FAIR GAIN. Even today many websites and forums and other things only exist today because of JT.

If I had to make a decision right now on the JT story, I would lean more towards Darby's side why because its too many questions that can not be answered when asked to titorites ? and when asnwers are givin they make no sense....

Y2K was already fixed by mid 1990's just like Y2038 is already being fixed now lol ! and it did hit us but nothing major happend and further more even if nothing was done about it and it hit us, it would of not effected all the computers across the planet ! and many households and business didint even have PC computers or internet that was a luxury back then. So John simply got Y2K wrong and their is no evidence pointing to the fact that He and His Grandfather kept Y2K from happening single handedly...

All I want to know now is where are the people who want to really blow this case wide open ?
 
"Black Ops" people don't care about John Titor. Did you know that Sam, our moderator here, played a significant role in fighting Y2K and lessening its impact? Titor could be right under your nose and you wouldn't know it. Why? Because you and I and Darby assume that John Titor will always tell the truth.

We do not know if John lied to his mother. At the time, he thought he was taking enough measure to protect his identity.

Actually, John could have sold his car between 1998 and 2001. I don't know if those records are accessible to the public. I'm not familiar with any search engines or how to search for that information. I've never seen it available.

MANY people want to find John Titor. Many have been trying to track him down for years.

He knew that he would become popular/famous, he knew many would follow the story and follow up on it. He made himself public they even wrote a book (and make money out of this), IT'S FAIR GAIN. Even today many websites and forums and other things only exist today because of JT.

No profit was made on the book. It was self-published and only a limited number were sold. I'm very familiar with self-publishing.

John had no way of knowing how famous/popular he would become. As I interpret it, according to John's Youtube video, he was trying to become well-known on the Internet so his Youtube message could be found easily by other Titors who needed help getting back home.

Y2K was already fixed by mid 1990's...

I disagree as I worked on Y2K problem with Local and Federal Officials, but I've already posted information on that, and not into debating the matter. It just comes down to differences of opinions.

All I want to know now is where are the people who want to really blow this case wide open ?

Did not his mother say he sold it in 1998 (or as soon as he arrived) in the book? and yes people can track a car by its VIN # that is public. Many companies help you do that for a small fee. Besides you need a VIN# to sell/purchase a car and also to have a tittle...

Really have ya checked Ebay lately that book goes for a lot of money and yes even not for profit books and organizations generate revenue and pay employees. As you already know.

Yes it will come down to that, you know as well as I do Y2K was fixed years before 2000 (in the 1990's)...by the way are you involved in Y2038?

If they were they already would of already known who he is as some other already do. I just recently found out about JT about a year ago and I have read mostly everything he wrote and others wrote about the story including lots of your stuff. I am a proponent of the MWI, but as it stands now their is not fact or evidence pointing to the fact that JT was a physical example of it.

The books selling on eBay and other places are being sold SECOND-HAND, they are NOT new from the publisher. So those high-priced books are not being sold by John or his mother. The original book sold for $15 each. I know, I bought two of them.

This is where our discussion ends. You and I do not see eye-to-eye on this subject (which is okay). We must agree to disagree and leave it at that. (I have shared lots of information in previous posts and threads on Paranormalis that can be read publicly.) Thanks for the reply.
