so I just donate $550 and I'll get it
NO, you need to contact DrZ First.
Because some (most) people will try to operate the device without understanding what it does or how it operates. This just leads to failure, unintended consequences and ties up DrZ building units for those who don't appreciate his hard work and research.

i suppose the hdr uses the same American 110 or 120 volts ac at 50 hertz. is the frequency really that important, he may need a frequency chasser to scan feed various frequencies into it , it doesn't exist yet but im building it so it will and if you google it you wont find it yet , aigptchat seems to find it very interesting to and my ideas on its construction , ive saved my aigpt chat logs

In a phone call Steve Gibbs told me the hertz rate would not be an issue, whether Dr z thinks the same i dont know.
