I know u can say that for doing this one has not to go in the past . one can do it right here in the present . but when we know what will happen definitely and the places where the suggestions will work more efficiently then it will be very successful. Because if one who want to do that doesnt know itself what will be happen then the efforts are just an arrow in the dark , it can hit the aim or may be not.
