According to Franz Bardon there are 99 lodges with 99 members around the world the 100 member is always a demon and they gain power and influence through the negative beings that they have as helpers.
I dont know if it is true, but I think these negative lodges are everywhere. And that part is true.
In my opinion, If you want to defeat them you have to target the root cause that would be the negative principle. Otherwise they would just establish their secret groups somewhere else or with other people.
Some people claim the root cause is the devil, which some people claim is Thoth. If he is the devil, I think his tactics are clear.
As far as I understood, I does not matter if the group is positive, negative or mixed. They still can be controled by Thoth, because he wants control of all the groups, not only the negative. It is just harder for the positive to be controled.
He created secret societies in Egypt as a positive being (or a seemily positive being) and those secret group were conquered by the negative groups, which are also controled by him according to these claim. And that is probably his goal. To create secret societies and turn them negative.
Without this secrecy the negative principle does not work, because it would be called out instantly by the public, which is more inclined towards the positive.
So they do their rituals in the secret and slowly turn negative.
I think we as a planet have to advance positively to counteract that and also ask for help (in that case God or the positive principle) to defeat them.
